Open Order Form

By submitting an Order Request Form, you are initiating a conversation with a member of our team and consenting to be contacted via email regarding your inquiry. Submission of an Order Request Form does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment of the requested order; it simply allows us to review your request and discuss available options with you.

At this time, we are a small, locally operated business and are not offering long-distance shipping services. We reserve the right to decline any order request at our discretion. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service possible, and we will not request payment unless we have the appropriate materials, equipment, and capabilities necessary to fulfill your order. Once a design, material selection, and project scope have been mutually agreed upon, payment will be required before work begins.

All sales are final. We maintain open communication throughout the design and production process to ensure that the final product meets the agreed-upon specifications. As a result, any changes, revisions, or remakes requested after a product has been finalized or engraved may be subject to additional labor charges.
